What The Role Involves

Supporting senior team members in delivering commercial and cost advice on construction and infrastructure projects.

Assisting with quantity surveying tasks including measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.

Conducting research and preparing project documentation and reports.

Gaining exposure to dispute resolution and expert witness support services.

Participating in client meetings and building your professional network.

Contributing to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing and team development.

Candidate Requirements

A recent graduate or final year student in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consultancy.

A genuine interest in commercial advisory and the construction industry.
