Play a key role in delivering high-quality public domain, strategic and infrastructure projects across a range of urban and regional contexts. This role provides the opportunity to work across all stages of design and delivery, from concept through to construction, while contributing to the culture and growth of a dynamic and collaborative studio.

You will be supported by a dedicated team and given the opportunity to lead smaller teams, coordinate projects, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of diverse landscape architecture projects

Coordinate project programs, deliverables and budgets across varying scales and sectors

Prepare project reports, proposals, and design outputs with a high level of quality and accuracy

Guide and mentor graduate and junior team members, promoting efficiency and development

Collaborate with co-consultants, local authorities, and clients throughout the design process

Participate in internal design reviews and actively contribute to studio culture and leadership

Skills and experience

A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

3–5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Strong design and documentation experience across public domain and strategic projects

Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite and Enscape; Grasshopper and GIS experience is beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise work, and meet deadlines

A collaborative, flexible approach with attention to detail and commitment to design quality
