We’re looking for a process-savvy and culturally fluent Localization Manager to lead the end-to-end localization of our games. This role requires not just linguistic awareness, but also project management thinking to ensure smooth and scalable localization workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage in-game events, live ops content, and feature launches;

- Work with developers to define game mechanics, economy balance, and update plans;

- Monitor game data and provide actionable feedback to improve retention and monetization;

- Coordinate closely with platform teams (e.g., Steam) to align with store features and visibility;

- Manage publishing timelines and version update processes.

Requirements:

2+years of game operations experience;

Deep understanding of game design logic, player progression, and monetization systems;

Familiarity with Steam backend tools, player communities, and platform-specific practices;

Strong communication skills for working directly with developers and cross-functional teams;

Bonus: Background in UX or economy design is a plus.
