RatPack Travel was established in 2016 and has become one of the best-rated travel agencies in Australia. We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive our marketing. Based in Byron Bay, we are a small fast-growing team seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.

We ain't your average corporate company... You’ll lead our marketing efforts from the front – developing and executing the brand strategy, performance campaigns, partnerships, and creative direction that will define the next era of RatPack’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

Creative control to grow the RatPack brand across all channels, touchpoints, and markets (Australia, NZ, UK, Europe, USA).

Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and revenue.

Lead and scale a small but mighty in-house creative & content team.

Oversee performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, influencer campaigns, PR, and social.

Work closely with the Founder & Sales Team to align marketing with our customer journey and value proposition.

Be both strategic and hands-on – from launching campaigns to analysing data, testing channels, and optimising results.

Hours:

The role is Monday to Friday.

What does the role involve?

We help our customers book camper-van rentals and tours in Australia and New Zealand. The position is a full-time role in our office located in The Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
