We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful team, offering unrivalled flexibility, support & opportunities for learning and development.

Multidisciplinary Team: Be part of a dynamic team of allied health professionals including occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, social work, human services, all supported by a dedicated team of allied health assistants. We work together to provide innovative and cost-effective therapy services.
Flexible, Person-Centered Therapy: We work with each participant to develop personalised therapy plans that reflect their unique needs, goals and aspirations. Provided in their home, school, the community, or at our hub in Currimundi with 3 modern, comfortable clinic spaces.

About You
Essential
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current driver’s licence and vehicle
Eligible for a Medicare provider number
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible)
Valid working with children check (or be eligible)
Speech Pathology Australia registration SPA
Preferred
A Speech Pathologist who values delivering quality, genuinely person centered and collaborative services to those we work with, to enable meaningful participation in the things that matter to them the most.
Ability to self-motivate and self-manage, with a strong team ethic.
Advanced oral and written communication skills, and proficient computer skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Motivated to deliver high quality goal-oriented therapeutic services.
Experience working with neurodivergent participants is a plus, but not required – we will provide training and support.
A pro-active and growth-oriented mindset.
NDIS experience is helpful, but not required – we will support your learning and growth in this area!
