Location: Coomera, QLD
Centre Capacity: 75-place childcare centre
Shifts: 6:30am – 10:00am & 2:30pm – 6:30pm (potential to form a team of two)
Qualification Required: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

About the Role:
Best Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a welcoming 75-place childcare centre in Coomera. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Assistant Coordinators or Coordinators to manage the morning and afternoon periods. This unique position blends elements of childcare and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), offering the opportunity to positively influence children, families, and colleagues. You will receive ongoing coaching and have regular access to the centre’s 2IC and Educational Leader.

Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate morning and afternoon activities and routines, including outdoor space setup and activities

Engage and foster strong relationships with families, enhancing their connection to the centre

Support and guide staff during shifts to create a positive and cohesive environment

Ensure consistent adherence to centre policies and practices

Provide regular updates and feedback to centre management
