City to Country Coatings is a business that specialises in refurbishing grain storages across Western Australia by carrying out high volume water washing, high pressure water blasting, roof cladding replacement, polyurethane application, and the application of protective paint coatings. In a niche industry, we value high quality work and efficiency, while providing on the job training and support.

We are seeking a skilled labourer who possesses a high attention to detail, to carry out tasks such as high pressure water blasting and spray painting of grain storages. This work is often carried out at heights by operating EWPs. Experience in spray painting and water blasting is desired but not essential. Providing you are a positive and motivated worker that’s keen to give anything a go, and willing to learn, then you may be suitable for this role. On the job training will be provided to ensure you can carry out the required tasks correctly.

Immediate start required, this role is specific to a 2-3 month project that is based in Calingiri, which is a rural town located 1.5 hours North of Perth. Opportunity to continue with other contracts will be offered to candidates that are successful in this role.

Role and Responsibilities

Work safely and efficiently within a construction site

Be involved in daily toolbox meetings

Complete daily safety documentation

Carry out physical tasks for the majority of the day

Carry out high volume wash down

Carry out high pressure water blasting

Apply a variety of protective coatings through an airless paint pump

Maintain a tidy work area

Hours and Benefits

11-12 hour days on a 10:4 Roster

Accommodation provided with a LAFH allowance of $50 per day

Hourly rate starting at $50 per hour

All travel time is included in wages

Skills and Experience Requirements

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Great time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

A valid WA Driver’s License

White card

Provide first aid

Working at heights

Operating EWP Boom Lift over 11m license

Forklift License
