The Role:
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will work on diverse projects every day, contributing to our innovative and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Cost Estimation: Using first principles estimating to deliver accurate project costs.

Measurement: Precise measurement and data management for various construction projects.

Report Writing: Crafting detailed and insightful reports for stakeholders.

Contract Documentation: Preparing and managing contract documentation.

Tender Appraisals: Evaluating tender submissions to ensure value for money.

Fund Monitoring: Tracking and managing project funds to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Site Inspection: Surveying and measurement of building assets. Recording to enable estimating.

What We’re Looking For:

CostX highly preferred.

Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar tertiary qualification.

Experience: Proficiency in first principles estimating. A trade background is highly desirable.

Accreditation: Member or studying towards professional accreditation with RICS or AIQS.

Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Flexibility: Ability to work from our Sunshine Coast office or from home for the right candidate.

Hours: Full or part-time candidates considered.

Conditions: Permanent or Contract positions available.
