Cornerstone HR are looking for a 2IC/Warehouse Manager for an established FMCG business to support daily warehouse operations, including inwards goods, order fulfilment, transport, and QA. This hands-on role works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations

Support QA processes, audits, and compliance

Coordinate transport and vehicle readiness

Lead warehouse staff and promote WH&S practices

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ warehouse experience (FMCG/3PL a bonus)

ERP system knowledge; ORCODA experience helpful

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
