You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our café’s front-of-house operations — from managing staff and stock, to creating a welcoming space for our community and supporting the business’s day-to-day success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Manage product selection and ensure stock levels meet customer demand

Lead purchasing decisions and contribute to marketing campaigns

Set pricing and implement promotions to drive sales

Deliver excellent customer service and support your team to do the same

Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and financial records

Prepare budgets and monitor performance

Recruit, train, and supervise a motivated team

Ensure a safe and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For:

At least Diploma qualification in relevant field

At least 1 year of experience in a retail, café, or hospitality management role

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

A genuine passion for customer service, food, and coffee culture

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
