About the Role

Front Age Consulting is seeking a high-performing Business Development Specialist to accelerate the growth of our specialist high-volume recruitment services. This is a remote role for a commercially minded professional who can quickly engage with employers hiring 100+ staff annually and deliver strategic workforce solutions at scale.

You will focus on winning and managing large recruitment contracts across established high-volume sectors—such as logistics, aviation, travel, and healthcare—while actively driving our expansion into emerging industries like renewable and green energy.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver results fast. You’ll start as an Independent Contractor, with a view to permanency following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Prospect, pitch, and close contracts with employers requiring high volume recruitment solutions

Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and targeted outreach to senior HR and executive stakeholders

Secure high-value contracts by positioning our recruitment services as cost-effective and scalable

Strategic Growth

Design recruitment strategies tailored to large-scale hiring initiatives (e.g., seasonal surges, rapid expansion)

Create innovative pricing models and service bundles to address volume-based recruitment challenges

Expand into new sectors including green/renewable energy

Account Management

Serve as the lead contact for enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Identify upselling opportunities and cross-sell related services across the group

Compliance & Travel

Willingness to travel nationwide on short notice for meetings, events, and negotiations

Maintain all compliance obligations (e.g., police checks, drug and alcohol testing)

Requirements

Essential

Proven track record in securing large-scale recruitment contracts

Strong cold-calling, enterprise prospecting, and B2B sales capabilities

Experience developing solutions for high volume recruitment challenges

Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent residency

Full driver’s license, own reliable transport, and flexibility to travel

Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native-level English proficiency

Highly Regarded

The ideal candidate will be a top-tier performer from a high-volume recruitment agency, with a proven portfolio of million-dollar client accounts and a portable network of enterprise-level employers requiring high volume hiring solutions (100+ staff annually).

What We Offer

Monthly retainer : Nominal monthly retainer to support basic expenses, with performance-driven commissions making up the bulk of total earnings

Uncapped Commission : OTE $200K
