Job description:
Western Health is seeking enthusiastic Grade 1 Clinical Pharmacists (Rotational) to deliver high quality, evidence-based pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Multiple ongoing and fixed term positions are available, open to both full time and part time applicants.
As part of the team, you will be working within a multidisciplinary workforce and will have the opportunity to rotate through key clinical areas as well as dispensary, manufacturing and Western Health at Home service. This is an exciting opportunity for pharmacists looking to expand and develop their clinical and operational skills within a hospital environment.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Provide expert professional knowledge across a broad range of clinical and operational areas to ensure that patient outcomes are optimised
Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and participate in clinical education programmes
Develop and maintain information technology skills and contribute to the development of innovative Pharmacy Services
Work independently and as part of a team and assign priorities to responsibilities to meet time constraints and deadlines
Be able to work across multiple sites
