About the Role

This national role oversees the biological product range, focusing on biostimulants and foliars. Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll drive strategy, create market demand, and support commercial goals through training, campaigns, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Focus

· Develop market strategies and value propositions

· Oversee a technical biostimulant specialist

· Monitor competitor activity and pricing

Market & Demand Development

· Support sales teams with product planning and mix

· Build customer and influencer relationships

· Lead product training and demand creation activities

· Align campaigns with marketing and business teams

Compliance & HESQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality)

· Ensure product and ethical compliance

· Promote HESQ practices and meet training standards

Qualifications and Experience

· Degree in Agriculture, Science, or Business (preferred)

· 5+ years in biostimulants or foliars

· Strong commercial and technical crop nutrition knowledge

· Skilled in sales strategy, training, and stakeholder management
