WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy services focused on building client independence and community participation
• Lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on complex care plans
• Use advanced technology and modern therapy methods to support client outcomes
• Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and reports with professionalism and care
• Mentor junior clinicians and offer supervision as part of a supportive team culture
• Drive service development initiatives and contribute to the clinic's continued growth
• Support new client acquisition and help shape the future of therapy services in the region

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with tertiary qualifications
• Experience supporting people with disability or complex physical needs
• A strengths-based, client-focused approach to therapy
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement personalised treatment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others
• Neuro-rehabilitation experience is highly regarded but not essential
