About the Role
We’re excited to announce we are looking for a full-time Principal Dentist to join our welcoming team at Murrumba Downs Family Dental, with the opportunity to take on a long-term, fulfilling leadership role.

Our current principal dentist—who’s been a valued part of our group for over 5 years—is relocating interstate to support his partner’s medical career. While we’ll miss him, this opens up an exciting opportunity for the right dentist to step into a stable, supportive, and clinically driven practice.

The incoming dentist will be taking over busy books that are already booked several weeks in advance, ensuring a full schedule from day one.

We’re open to negotiating the days and hours that work best for you. Our focus is on building something long-lasting and sustainable—a role that fits well with your goals, lifestyle, and clinical interests.

This position also offers flexibility to work across both of our practices—Murrumba Downs and Chermside Dental Care—in a dual-location arrangement. You’ll be part of a collaborative network of 20+ dentists, including an in-house specialist endodontist, with strong support for professional growth and clinical development.

You’ll have access to mentoring in a wide range of areas including implants, aligner therapy, root canal treatment, full mouth rehabilitation, digital workflows, and more.

About Us
Murrumba Downs Family Dental is a 3-chair private practice located north of Brisbane, known for providing honest, patient-focused care in a warm and friendly environment.

We are not part of a corporate group. Our practices are privately owned and run by a hands-on, full-time dentist who is actively involved in daily operations and passionate about supporting the clinical team.

Together with our sister practice, Chermside Dental Care, we form a close-knit network of over 20 dentists, including a specialist endodontist, with a strong culture of collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.

Many of our full-time dentists have been with the group for over 10 years, a reflection of our team-focused environment and shared passion for delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.
