About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aluminium Fabricator to join the team at frameless direct', a leading manufacturer of shower screens in Epping, VIC. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of high-quality aluminium shower screens, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in the Manufacturing and glass assemblies.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure, cut, and assemble aluminium and glass components to specification

Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently to fabricate aluminium products

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict standards

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support a safe work environment

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or in a similar assembly role

Strong understanding of aluminium fabrication techniques and the ability to read technical drawings

Proficient in the use of power tools, machinery, and measuring equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
