About the Role

As a Geotechnical Engineer at EG, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of projects across infrastructure, buildings, quarry, and land development. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals, contributing to investigations, analysis, and the development of practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage geotechnical site investigations and testing

Analyse soil and rock data to provide recommendations for design and construction

Prepare high-quality technical reports and geotechnical assessments

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and provide clear, confident advice

All necessary training on fieldwork and software will be provided by our seniors

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or related discipline)

Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset

Clear communicator—both written and verbal

Can-do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Passion for quality work and a desire to grow professionally

Valid Australian work visa and driver licence

Have regular access to a car (preferred)
