【澳大利亚会计证书CPA讲师职位描述】

高质高效地讲授澳洲注册会计师（CPA）单科目课程（包括但不限于基础课程、习题解析、冲刺串讲等），确保教学任务圆满完成；

负责所属学科专业讲义、题库、冲刺等教学资料的研发及持续优化

专注于所属学科教学课题的深入研究，致力于解题技巧、教学方法与教学技巧的精进，以提升考试通过率；

承担课程辅导工作，及时解答学员疑问，确保学员学习成效与质量。

职位要求:

已成功通过澳洲CPA三门及以上科目，且各科目考试分数均在70分以上；尤其擅长FR FRM AT等科目者优先考虑（优先聘请）；

会计、财务管理、审计、经济、金融、企业管理等相关专业，校本科及以上学历；

高校教师、专业培训讲师、大型事务所、上市公司财务相关工作经验者优先考虑，持有澳洲CPA证书者优先考虑；

表达能力强，有较强的互动式授课能力，讲课富有逻辑，条理明确，简洁易懂，具备良好的职业素养和语言表达能力；

具备较强的责任心、耐心；

授课经验稍有欠缺，但有独特的CPA学习做题的技巧和方法，热爱表达和传授者可适当放宽条件

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality tutoring to students in accordance with each university

Maintain innovative teaching practices that contribute to an environment where students are encouraged to be actively engaged in learning

Provide feedback to students to assist in their learning and participate in moderation and finalization of results/grades

Liaise with the campus leaders to ensure the quality and integrity of the unit in accordance with each university curricula

Applicants must address the following selection criteria for tutor roles

Bachelor or Master’s degree in information technology or commerce or related area

Relevant professional and/or industry experience

Experience in enhancing student engagement and experience

Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development

Fluent Mandarin

Good presentation skills

The average grade is required distinction at least, the subject taught must be D/HD or above

Strong time management and classroom control ability, able to complete the corresponding teaching tasks within the specified time limit

Be able and willing to update the knowledge and preparation of the subjects in spare time

Clear logical thinking, well-organized lectures, enthusiasm, patience and teamwork spirit
