Sawtell & Sons Pty Limited is a Gold Coast based, family owned & operated bulk haulage company with over 90 years experience in the road transport industry. We are seeking professional, experienced and enthusiastic HC/MC licence holders to join our team. Our fleet consists of late model automatic Volvo trucks servicing all areas of QLD, NSW and Victoria.

Ideally applicants would be based around the Brisbane/Gold Coast area (we have depots at Stapylton & Currumbin) but applicants based in other areas can also apply. We encourage both male and female applicants.

The Role:

Operating truck & dog and/or B-double combinations throughout the 3 eastern states

Long haul work

Attractive remuneration- km rate + above award unloading/loading allowance- approx. $130-160k/annum

Applicants should have:

HC or MC licence

Tipper experience an advantage

BFM an advantage

Solid understanding of all fatigue, mass management (including axle weights), safety and all HVNL and state road regulation requirements

Good driving history
