About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our supportive team based in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position that offers a mix of caseloads, allowing you to make a tangible impact on people’s lives every day while enriching your clinical skills.

You will play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, delivering tailored therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for NDIS and aged care clients

Deliver one-on-one interventions in community, home, or school settings

Prepare high-quality reports to support NDIS applications and reviews

Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes

Monitor progress and adapt goals based on client development and needs

Travel up to one hour to visit clients in their preferred settings

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

Current CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (NDIS and/or HCP experience preferred)

Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
