Aussie Traveller is a long established and highly respected supplier of components and accessories to the caravan and motor home industry. We are embarking on an exciting new phase in our history and are currently seeking motivated team members who share our values of trust, teamwork and providing great customer service to be part of this journey.

The opportunity

Due to an internal movement and promotion, we are now adding to our team to increase our service and support our customers at our Brisbane branch based in the Redcliffe peninsula.

This is a busy and important role within our internal sales team and has the following responsibilities:

• Front Counter, Phone and Email sales.
• Assisting customers with product selection by interpreting their requirements and providing the appropriate product solution.
• Demonstrate the features and functions of our products including awnings, doors and windows to retail customers.
• Prepare and submit quotes to customers.
• Organise and book fitting/ production and assist with customer handovers.
• Serving "walk-in" clients face to face
• Help with maintaining showroom display to be tidy and attractive.
• Generate sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Opportunity to attend and represent the company in trade fairs and shows.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous Internal Sales experience (trade and/or retail)
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret parts and catalogues to determine the right application.
• A relaxed but professional presentation style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Accountable and honest.
• Efficient use of Microsoft office suite, email and general computing skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic can-do attitude with a passion to learn new things.
• Product knowledge – camper trailer and caravan (highly desirable)
