Rise Physio and Health is a growing and dynamic allied health clinic based in Ipswich, soon relocating to a larger premises later this month. While our foundation is in physiotherapy, we are actively growing into a broader allied health service to meet the needs of our diverse community.

We are currently looking for a motivated and confident Speech Pathologist to join our vibrant, collaborative team. Our clinic fosters a supportive environment where you can grow professionally, work autonomously, and make a real impact on your clients lives.

This role offers flexible working hours (3–5 days per week) and autonomy over your caseload whether this is paediatrics, adults or mixed, this should be in line with your experience and interest as a speech pathologist.

You’ll have access to full administrative support, a private treatment room, and well-equipped therapy resources to help you deliver the best outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, manage, and provide high quality speech pathology to your caseload.

Develop and deliver evidence-based, individualised treatment plans.

Provide education to families and carers aligned with your client’s treatment goals.

Collaborate with our physiotherapists and other team members to ensure integrated, holistic care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.

Key Requirements:
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who is confident working independently and can manage their clinical load without frequent supervision. You will be a certified practicing Speech Pathologist with:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent).

Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

Proven experience working autonomously in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational skills and time management.

A collaborative approach to client care and team contribution.
