Hi! We’re Grow Allied Health, a small, thoughtful team of speech pathologists, OTs, and counsellors who care deeply about providing genuinely client-led, ethical, and life-affirming therapy. We work mainly with NDIS clients across the lifespan—though this role can be tailored to your interests (adults, paeds, or mixed caseloads). Our clients are incredible humans navigating complex needs, and we aim to walk alongside them with respect, creativity, and compassion.

WHAT YOUR WEEK MIGHT LOOK LIKE

60–70% face-to-face time, with the rest set aside for notes, reflection, supervision, and growth

Your own tailored caseload, with control over the types of clients you see

School or community-based sessions

Complete your administrative work at home

Regular supervision and support from experienced clinicians

Space to pursue your clinical passions—we’ll back you
