Speech Pathologist - Brisbane

Grow Allied Health

Job description

We’re Hiring – Speech Pathologist

Grow Allied Health – Brisbane (South, East or West) / Logan / Ipswich (Flexible Location)

Start Date: Negotiable | Full-time | New grads and experienced clinicians welcome

Hi! We’re Grow Allied Health, a small, thoughtful team of speech pathologists, OTs, and counsellors who care deeply about providing genuinely client-led, ethical, and life-affirming therapy. We’re currently looking for a kind, skilled, and self-aware speech pathologist to join us—and if you’re reading this and thinking maybe this is the right next step, we’d love to hear from you.

A BIT ABOUT US

We work mainly with NDIS clients across the lifespan—though this role can be tailored to your interests (adults, paeds, or mixed caseloads). Our clients are incredible humans navigating complex needs, and we aim to walk alongside them with respect, creativity, and compassion.

We value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. No one here is expected to hustle themselves into burnout—we believe you do your best work when you’re supported, seen, and thriving. You’ll have plenty of control over your schedule, admin support that actually helps, and a leadership team that listens.

WHAT YOUR WEEK MIGHT LOOK LIKE

60–70% face-to-face time, with the rest set aside for notes, reflection, supervision, and growth

Your own tailored caseload, with control over the types of clients you see

School or community-based sessions

Complete your administrative work at home

Regular supervision and support from experienced clinicians

Space to pursue your clinical passions—we’ll back you

WE’D LOVE TO MEET SOMEONE WHO:

Is qualified and registered as a Speech Pathologist (SPA membership required)

Is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and committed to inclusive practice

Enjoys working independently but also values connection with a warm, values-driven team

Communicates with honesty, kindness, and professionalism

Wants a workplace that actually feels good to work in

PERKS AND SUPPORT WE OFFER:

Flexible working hours including an optional 9 day fortnight

Generous $2000 annual PD budget

Clear payscale and career progression competitive with QLD health awards

Additional 2 weeks of annual leave

Quarterly Performance bonuses for reaching your targets

Admin support, clinical mentoring, and team connection days

Tools and resources provided—including laptop, phone, and assessment kits

Travel allowance paid weekly

Access to an EAP program

A truly lovely team culture where you can show up as yourself
