Experienced Administration Officer – Solomons Flooring Gepps Cross
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a flexible role in a trusted retail flooring business? Solomons Flooring Gepps Cross is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team, working 20–40 hours per week.
About the Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for: ✅ Entering invoices accurately into our system ✅ Ordering stock and managing supplier communications ✅ Checking invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance ✅ General administrative tasks to support the sales and installation teams
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry 🔹 Ability to manage stock orders and liaise with suppliers Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask Proficiency in office software and invoicing systems A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
