We are currently recruiting for a Stock Runner & Sales Assistant to join a well-established retail team based at Melbourne Airport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and is comfortable supporting both stockroom and sales functions.

About the Role:
This is a dual-function position that plays a key role in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. You will be responsible for managing stock deliveries, maintaining an organised and safe stockroom, replenishing the sales floor, and supporting the sales team with product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and process incoming shipments

Accurately enter stock data into the inventory system

Replenish floor stock regularly to ensure availability

Assist with store inventory counts and stocktakes

Retrieve items from the stockroom upon customer or team request

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the stockroom

Support customer service when required on the shop floor

Handle defective stock and returns procedures

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physically fit and able to lift/move stock as required

Clear and professional communication skills

A team player with a proactive and organised approach

Previous experience in retail stock or sales roles is highly regarded

Comfortable working in a structured environment with set processes

Position Details:

30 hours per week

Monday to Friday roster

No night shifts

Based on-site at Melbourne Airport
