What you'll be doing

Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection, order fulfilment and general enquiries

Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by arranging displays and ensuring product presentation meets company standards

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system

Contribute to team efforts by helping with store opening and closing procedures

Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay up to date with the latest product offerings

Contribute to the achievement of store sales and customer service targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the home goods or furniture industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn

Flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
