Property Management Officer (Permanent, Full-Time)
Level 4 - $103, 850.10 per annum* (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance)
*Increasing to $107, 240.10 per annum as of 1st July 2025
The Role
The position of Property Management Officer assists the Coordinator Property Management with the Town's commercial and community property portfolio in relation to maintenance, renewal and capital project delivery activities. As well as this, you will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of the Town properties whilst balancing community and business needs.
Our ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, high attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. You will require a high level of writing and verbal communication skills, as well as fast and efficient data entry skills.
If you are an individual with a strong administrative background, and previous experience in managing staff accommodation allocation, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders, this may be for you!
