  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $37.63 per hour + superannuation

A leading State Government department in Mount Gambier is seeking an organised and efficient ASO2 - Administration / Receptionist for an initial 3-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your administrative and customer service skills in a busy and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional front-of-house customer service to visiting members of the public.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and dispatch processes.
  • Maintain the presentation and organisation of the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.

About You:

  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check (NPC).
  • Availability to commence as soon as possible.
