The firm offers services in accounting, advisory, wealth management, and lending.

They are now seeking an experienced Accountant who will report into 2 strong Senior Managers and will be working across both Business Services, Tax, and outsourced finance/VCFO work. The firm services a wide variety of business and private clients up to $50 million in annual turnover.

The business has a well outsourced offshore team which allows the Sydney based office to focus on review work, relationship management, and advisory. The key duties include:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns

Reviewing BAS, IAS, CGT, FBT, Land Tax & Payroll Tax

Assisting with advisory and specialised projects

Managing and nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings

Dealing with regulatory bodies such as ATO

The ideal candidate with be CA/CPA qualified or very close to completion with over 4 years of experience in Business Services. To be successful you will need to be switched on, enthusiastic, technically strong and have outstanding communication skills.
