About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team at Australian Permeable Concrete Pty Ltd in Mitcham, Victoria. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the construction of high-quality concrete installations across commercial and residential properties.

Note - This is a NON-EBA position.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and pour concrete for a variety of projects, including driveways, pathways, and foundations

Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other specialised equipment

Finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Collaborate with other tradespeople and site managers to coordinate project tasks

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Concreter - A MUST.

Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret construction plans

Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques

Proficient in the use of concrete equipment and tools

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Good communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekend work
