Our client, a highly respected engineering firm based in Henderson, WA, is urgently seeking a CNC Machinist to join their growing team. This is a day shift (6:30am - 3:00pm) position with an immediate start and ongoing full-time work for the right candidate. The Role:

As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in precision machining operations within a fast-paced workshop environment. This role requires experience with Siemens controls, long-handed programming, and a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming and operating CNC lathes and machining centres

Working with Siemens 828D / 840D controls and ShopTurn language

Completing jobs to specification with minimal supervision

General workshop housekeeping and maintaining safety standards

Working collaboratively within a small team

What You’ll Need:

Trade certificate in machining or equivalent

Proven experience in workshop environment

Strong programming knowledge with Siemens CNC controls

Long-hand coding experience highly regarded

Forklift ticket and overhead crane experience (desirable)

Must complete online site induction prior to starting

Availability for occasional overtime and weekend work as required
