Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide is seeking Production Workers for the Mixing Room. These roles are day shift working Monday to Friday and shifts can commence anywhere between 5am-7am.

The Mixing Room Operator is responsible for preparing and blending ingredients according to exact recipes and production schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring mixtures meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients

· Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently

· Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols

· Record batch details and complete production documentation

· Monitor quality and consistency of mixtures

· Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas

· Work collaboratively with the production and quality assurance teams

Requirements:

· Previous experience in food production or mixing preferred, but not required

· Basic math and measurement skills

· Ability to lift and work in a physically active environment

· Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions

· Willingness to work flexible shifts

· Team player with a strong work ethic

· A strong safety focus
