Synaco is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Process Workers to join the team on an ongoing basis. Day shifts only - Mon - Thurs, 6am - 2pm and Fri 6am - 1:10pm. There is a view for permanency after casual probationary period. In this role, you'll play a vital part in production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely. As the nature of the work requires a minimum of 38hrs per week on an ongoing basis, Australian Residency, Citizenship, or an appropriate Visa with unrestricted working rights is needed (must be available to work with same employer for more than 6 months).

Key responsibilities:

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely.
• Handle glass materials with care and precision.
• Ensure quality control measures are met and maintained.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols in our production environment.
• Perform assembly duties and engage in manual handling as required.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to general housekeeping practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Must pass instant drug & alcohol test as part of the onboarding process - urine & breathalyser.
• Knowledge and experience working in high-risk industrial settings.
• Australian Residency, Citizenship, or an appropriate Visa with unrestricted working rights.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
