Position: PCA
Location: Ballarat
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing and personal care to clients with varying needs, including those requiring high-intensity support.

Administer medications, manage health conditions (including diabetes), and perform clinical assessments, including the care of PEG tubes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to create and implement individualised care plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Foster a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for all clients.

Requirements:

Experience in providing nursing or personal care, preferably within the NDIS or disability sector.

Strong understanding of high-intensity care, including diabetes management and the use of PEG tubes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
