Senior AI/ ML Consultant

Location - has to be based in Sydney.
Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office.

The Role

On the back of several new business wins, the team is looking for a strong AI/ ML Consultant with advanced Python programming skills, hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or Tensor Flow and demonstrated experience in building machine learning models from scratch (e.g., custom architectures, training pipelines, tuning hyperparameters).

As a part of a versatile team, you'll work directly with clients to design and implement sophisticated AI and machine learning solutions while driving data-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop production-grade machine learning models and pipelines.
• Contribute to building out the consultancies AI practice.

Must have

• 3-4 years' experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering in a consulting or fast paced environment.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Practical experience with deep learning frameworks - TensorFlow and/ or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks and cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with clients across various domains.
