Position: Project Manager

Company: 20+ Year old established Owner Builder Developer winning plenty of projects around the CBD.

Location: Cut out your travel time! Head Office Sydney CBD with Parking and all projects are in metro area nothing past inner west.

Project: 1st Project a $70M luxury hotel, including a $20M+ penthouse!

Must-have experience:

• 3+ years in project management of high-rise or commericial
  
  
• Direct client experience, especially with alterations and mark-ups
  
  
• High-energy, motivated, and hands-on attitude need a personality that drives!
  
  
• PM experience $30m and above
