CF Group Pty Ltd is a geotechnical contracting company seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Pump Operator / Labourer to assist on construction and piling projects. This role supports machine operators and the site foreman to ensure efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist plant operators with alignment, movement, and adjustments of machinery and materials.
• Act as a visual lookout for operators and all workers, ensuring site safety at all times.
• Monitor excavators and piling rigs for faulty parts or equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Clean and prepare sites to eliminate potential hazards.
• Help with piling activities, including attaching sheets to equipment and setting up lines for installation.

Requirements:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently when needed.
• Previous experience in pump operations in construction is an advantage.
