Ballina Concrete Pumping is on the lookout for an experienced Boom Pump Operator to join our growing team. We’re a family-owned business with over 20 years of trusted service across residential, commercial, and civil construction projects in the Northern Rivers.

You’ll be operating well-maintained equipment, working alongside a reliable, hard-working crew, and contributing to a company known for its high safety standards and solid reputation.

Essential Requirements:

HR Driver’s Licence

High Risk Work Licence – PB (Concrete Placing Boom)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Capacity to work safely with high-risk machinery

Role Summary:

Operating and maintaining concrete boom pumps

Safe, accurate concrete placement

Coordinating with site supervisors and clients

Troubleshooting equipment issues and conducting basic maintenance

Completing job records and equipment logs

Ensuring high safety and performance standards on every site
