About the role

Builtrite Scaffolding Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Scaffolders - Leanding Hand, 2 IC & Three Scaffolders to join our team on a casual basis in Lindfield, NSW. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at various construction sites.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations

Conducting regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure it meets safety standards

Transporting and handling scaffolding materials and equipment on-site

Collaborating with the construction team to ensure the scaffolding supports the project requirements

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar construction role

Leanding Hand, 2 IC & Three Scaffolders as the team

Demonstrated understanding of scaffolding installation, maintenance, and dismantling procedures

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to work on a casual basis
