Civic Pallets is a family run business, that started off in Melbourne in 1997 and is expanding into the Queensland market. We are pallet manufactures and service a number of clients both locally and interstate. At Civic Pallets you'll be treated as a member of the family, not a number.

Past experience in the industry is not required but is favoured on. We also provide onsite training.

The Role (Immediate start)

Operation of various machines and equipment including our Pallet Machines, Pack Docker and heat treatment facilities

Manual handling of materials, equipment and finished products.

Operation of a Nail Guns and other power tools

Maintenance of workstations to keep work areas clean and safe during a shift.

Successful Applicates must

Be punctual, honest & hard-working.

Be physically fit and able to work in a high-paced environment.

Have a positive and “think on your feet” attitude and can work both individually and as part of a team.

Be comfortable and confident working solo sometimes.

A current forklift license is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience working with a nail gun, power tools and saws as well as working with timber is also desirable.
