About the role

Tallangatta Bakery is seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef or Baker to join our dynamic team. Based in Tallangatta, VIC 3700, you will play a crucial part in the ongoing success of our well-established bakery.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and baking a variety of high-quality pastries, breads and other baked goods

Ensuring all products meet food safety and quality requirements

Assisting with the daily operations of the bakery

Continuously improving processes and developing new recipes to delight our customers

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in baking or patisserie, or equivalent extensive experience

Proven track record as a Pastry Chef or Baker, ideally in a commercial bakery environment

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods

Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
