We’re a growing fertiliser company in the agri-sector, supplying innovative products to both retailers and farmers. To support our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing activities across print, digital, and events.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about agriculture and marketing and wants to play a key role in shaping our brand and communications strategy.

Your Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with the directors, sales team, and agronomists to increase our brand visibility and customer engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and managing brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing materials.

Coordinating field days, trade shows, expos, and customer events.

Managing our website content and working with web designers when needed.

Building and executing our social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Supporting email marketing, newsletters, and customer updates.

Assisting with branding, packaging, and product presentation.

Ensuring consistent, professional brand presentation across all channels.

What You Bring:

1–3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or events role.

Strong writing and content creation skills.

Good design sense – experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a bonus.

Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO, email campaigns).

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.

A genuine interest in agriculture, horticulture, or rural industries is a major plus.
