What You Will Do

You will have full financial leadership and strategic implementation ownership. You will help drive growth, manage risk, oversee governance, and deliver commercial insights in a changing environment.

This is a key ‘hands-on’ role in all aspects of property development, a rare opportunity in regional Australia. You will be visible across the business, building effective relationships and getting involved in all commercial aspects of the business.

Technically astute in financial accounting and controls, you possess the gravitas to tell the story behind the numbers, and experience to deliver complex monthly reporting and analysis to an astute Board.

You will be responsible for executing large projects and leading transformative change, supported by a small but highly effective finance team.

Who You Are

Tertiary educated and CA/CPA qualified, you have at least 5+ years senior financial leadership experience in either the property development or NFP industry.

An excellent communicator, you are self-motivated and respectfully challenge the status quo. You have a curious mind and love solving problems. Procedural and systematic, you are organised with strong attention to detail.

A natural leader of people, you have the qualities of patience, focus and influence. You are purpose-driven, trustworthy, and collaborative. Above all, you possess a social conscience and a passion for the property industry.
