About the role
In this exciting opportunity you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in the beautiful Manly Beach. This is a full-time position that will see you overseeing all aspects of store performance, driving sales and customer service standards is top priority along with staff development, training and performance management.

What you'll be doing

Manage all day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer service targets

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching and training as needed

Oversee store inventory, merchandising and visual presentation to enhance the customer experience

Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations

Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the store

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a management role, ideally within the Retail or sales industry

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive store performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff

Familiarity with retail systems and inventory management best practices

Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
