OneToAnother is a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, specialising in exceptional seniors living communities. We pride ourselves on having a close knit, supportive team culture where providing the best support to seniors and each other is paramount.

We are currently seeking a mature kitchen hand for our Independent Living Retirement Villages in Brighton Vic.

The successful candidate will be committed, reliable and honest.

In this role, you will provide onsite assistance to the residents and working as part of the hospitality service.

Shifts times will vary and may include daytime, afternoon and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with food preparation for Lunch or Dinner service for the residents, morning and afternoon teas

Assist Chef and kitchen operations manager in other requested tasks to ensure smooth execution of menu items

Ability to multi-task

Help maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels of food item

Cleaning and maintaining cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and other equipment

Perform general cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment

Essential Skills

Full fluency with English (spoken and written)

Current police check (or happy to provide one if successful with application)

Positive attitude and friendly personality

Responsible Serving of Alcohol (or happy to obtain if successful with application)
