About the role

The Workforce Design team has a primary function to provide advice and services to leaders and managers on workforce design solutions, as it impacts on people and positions in the business area they work in.

As a Job Design Officer, Level 3, you will undertake a range of job design activities including job evaluation and assessment of a low to medium complexity, organisational position changes, job description form updates, and undertake quality assurance tasks, such as establishment control (ie position management).
