About the Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Roof Plumber who can handle everything from leak repairs and inspections to quoting and keeping clients happy. This role gives you plenty of autonomy, but you’re never on your own—our operations team and admin crew have your back.

It’s a mix of solo work, team installs when needed, and the satisfaction of fixing problems properly the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Completing maintenance and leak repair jobs to a high standard

Inspecting properties and preparing scopes and quotes

Coordinating materials and scheduling with admin

Communicating with clients and property managers

Using job management software for notes, updates, and photos

Helping with team projects when needed

Following safety procedures and keeping job sites tidy

What You Bring:

2–3 years’ experience in roof plumbing (maintenance preferred)
Confidence to quote, communicate, and work independently
Valid Driver’s License + White Card
Working at Heights & EWP (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable with tech – job apps, emails, and photos
A reliable, proactive attitude and attention to detail
