About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Roof Plumber to join our team at Zinc smith' in Newcastle, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to contribute to the delivery of high-quality roofing solutions for our commercial and residential clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform roof installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards

Identify and rectify roof leaks and other roofing issues

Install, repair, and service gutters, downpipes, and other roofing components

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Assist with other general plumbing tasks as required

What we're looking for

Qualified Plumber with a Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent

Extensive experience as a Roof Plumber, ideally in a commercial or residential setting

Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and troubleshooting

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
