Dent Revolution is expanding!

We’re seeking a qualified and experienced automotive spray painter to join the crew in our brand new paint shop in Norwood, SA. This is a hands-on role for a painter who values craftsmanship and quality outcomes — not crash repair volume.

About the Role

You’ll be our go-to spray painter in a new, purpose-built paint shop, focusing on:

Paint refinishing, minor panel repairs, and smart autobody reconditioning

You will be supported by our existing painter, who will shift into a supporting prep/paint/post-paint role

Occasional seasonal support for hailstorm repairs centred around Adelaide and regional SA

Maintaining a clean workflow to deliver great results

Potential for 4-day weeks or reduced hours while paint bookings ramp up

About You

Fully qualified spray painter (certificate/trade required)

5+ years’ experience preferred

Comfortable with Sikkens waterborne systems preferred

A calm, clean, methodical approach—pride in your finish

Good communicator, punctual, and invested in local work

Team-oriented—works well with prep/R&R techs

Interested in a long-term role

Reliable, and honest in how you work
