Housekeeper / Assistant Manager – Full-Time – Coonabarabran Motel

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to join our friendly motel in Coonabarabran as a Housekeeper / Assistant Manager. This is a full-time position (up to 37.5 hours per week), ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in presentation and guest experience.

Salary: $60,000 incl. super
Location: Coonabarabran, NSW

About the role:

You’ll split your time between housekeeping duties and supporting the day-to-day running of the motel reception.

Housekeeping duties include:

Cleaning and tidying motel rooms

Making beds and cleaning bathrooms

Folding and managing laundry

Reception / Assistant Manager duties include:

Answering guest enquiries and phone calls

Managing check-ins and check-outs

Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of common areas around the property

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience

A proactive attitude and attention to detail

Someone who enjoys working both independently and with a small team

Friendly customer service skills
